ReplyDeletebasically renal scarring tu is the complication of urinary tract infection yg irfan kena hari tu. scarring ni once da ada memang takleh hilang. so we have to take precaution supaya takde apa2 yg boleh menyebabkan further damage to the kidney. that's y doctor advise irfan amik antibiotic tu.
normal renal function is 100%. irfan punye still 100% but right kidney is functioning more than his left kidney. bahaya if less than 25%. kalau reduce sampai 10-25%, kena dialysis or buat renal transplant.
satu lagi long term complication, later in his life, he has the risk of getting renovascular hypertension. bila ada scarring tu, salur darah dia mungkin constricted, therefore, less blood supply to the kidney. so kidney ingat less blood supply disebabkan oleh low blood pressure. so kidney pun bgtau hormon2 dalam badan supaya retain salt and water, hence, rising the blood pressure.
